New Year's Mindfulness Art and Intention Workshop ~ CLOSED

Take some time to reflect on the year that has passed and set an intention for 2024.
We'll use Mindfulness Watercolor Techniques, reflective journaling and image association work to access deeper levels of awareness and set a powerful intention into form that will guide and support in the coming year.
You will practice intuition and free-association as well as watercolor painting skills!
This workshop is a great way to start the year and is a wonderful follow-up to the original "Mindfulness Watercolor Workshop". It will expand upon mindfulness watercolor meditation practices that are introduced in the "Mindfulness Watercolor Workshop", and show how to use these forms and practices as tools for supporting the self and achieving goals.
